Exchanges and returns

Exchange regulations

  1. Exchanges are available for 30 days since receiving the package. Shipping costs or import duties are not covered or reimbursed by Love and Hate.
  2. Exchanged items must be in their original condition, must be unwashed unworn and unaltered in any way. They must contain all elements and tags it had arrived with.
  3. Exchanged item must be secured in a package together with a filled Exchange Form.
  4. Select which products you would like to exchange. State your reason in the Exchange Form.
  5. Send the package track ID to shop@loveandhate.eu
  6. Keep in mind that cash on delivery packages are not accepted.

Return regulations

  6. Keep in mind that cash on delivery packages are not accepted.
  7. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
