Basic information

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from the moment of receiving your payment.
If we happen to not currently have your selected products in stock, this may extend to up to 7 days.
We accept transfer payments and fast payment methods.
Please note, shipping outside the EU does not include taxes and duties in the price.
You may be charged with this fee when you receive your order. You may, however, be able to recover these by contacting your local customs.
Please be aware that Media Way does not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. If you refuse to pay the Customs fee and the parcel is returned to back to Media Way , we will contact you regarding a re-shipment or refund.
If you opt for the refund, a shipping and handling fee could potentially be deducted from your refund.
Customs may choose to dispose of your package instead of returning it to Media Way. In this instance, we will not be liable to reship the product back to you or offer a refund.
If you are unsure whether you are subject to Customs and Duties fees, we would best advise contacting your local Customs office for more clarity and information.
