- Exchanges are available for 30 days since receiving the package. Shipping costs or import duties are not covered or reimbursed by Love and Hate.
- Exchanged items must be in their original condition, must be unwashed unworn and unaltered in any way. They must contain all elements and tags it had arrived with.
- Exchanged item must be secured in a package together with a filled Exchange Form.
- Select which products you would like to exchange. State your reason in the Exchange Form.
- Send the package track ID to shop@loveandhate.eu
- Keep in mind that cash on delivery packages are not accepted.
